On Sunday the 13th September the Mini Sport Team will be heading to the National Mini Day event, held annually at the picturesque surroundings of Stanford Hall, situated in Leicestershire. This show has been running for over 30 years and attracts Mini fans from across the country to join in the 900 acres of surrounding parkland. The National Mini Show welcomes both classic and new Mini models and hosts a range of activities to entertain the entire family.
The National Mini Day is organised by the National Mini Owners club, an open Mini club founded in 1979 which has grown become internationally recognised with affiliation to major motoring magazines and other associations. The National Mini Owners club state that their aim is ‘simply to promote the preservation and use of the Mini (over 5 million were produced from 1959 – 2000) or MINI, new to the Mini Scene.’

Club Stands
For Stanford Hall 2015, Clubs are welcome to set up stand alongside the concours arena. Reserve the place for your club using the booking form and prepare to represent your stand creatively – as the best presented stand will be awarded a £100 prize – not bad!
Concours
Concours are always one of the most anticipated features at any Mini show and the Stanford Hall Concours competition has everything to prep & polish for! The concours will be sponsored by Meguiars and the ‘Overall Car of the Day’ will be given the opportunity to become part of the sponsors stand at the fantastic Classic Car Show, hosted at NEC in November – where all the winners from the years selected shows will compete in the Grand Finale. The winner of concours will also be awarded an additional £5o0 cash prize on the day. Be sure to reserve your place in concours over on the National Mini Day site here.
Showplace Stand
If you’d like to present your Mini without the pressure of Concours, then be sure to reserve a place in the Showcase Stand. This is a brilliant place to spot some fantastic Mini’s finished at professional standard.
The Mini Sport Stand
The Mini Sport team will be setting up our trade stand at the event with Mini parts, Mini spares and Mini merchandise from some of our favourite brands including the Cooper Car Company and Paddy Hopkirk Mini. We have a huge selection on offer which will all be listed at exclusive show prices, so be sure to come pay us a visit and say hello.
In preparation for the show, we will be offering a ‘collect at show‘ online exclusive. Using the code ‘STAN15‘ you can order online and collect at show free of charge. This deal is particularly useful for large and glass objects. You can obtain this deal up to 12pm (midday) on Friday 11th September.
