What Is The IMM?
The IMM is the International Mini Meeting and occurs regularly throughout the year, the next event will officially open on Thursday June 4th at 14.00 hrs and close on Monday June 8th at 12.00 hrs, however standard tickets are now available for purchase until March 31st 2020.
The IMM 2020 will be taking place just outside of Nuremberg in Geiselwind. The location itself is big enough for 70 football pitches; enough space for forty thousand people. As the event will be taking place in Germany, it is important that all visitors abide by the local laws and regulations. For example, a vehicle in Germany must contain a first aid kit, a warning triangle, and a safety vest, with it being recommended to also have safety vests for any passengers in your vehicle. With regards to members of the Mini Cooper community with heavily modified Mini Coopers, it is essential that you ensure that your vehicle is road-legal for use in Germany, if you are unsure if your vehicle complies with the requirement of being “safe for the road”, then it is best to transport your Mini Cooper on a trailer.
What’s Included In A Standard Ticket For The International Mini Meeting?
Those who purchase the standard ticket (which is available until the end of March 2020) will receive T-shirt, badge, stickers, Catering Token, and Free camping all weekend long including with their ticket. However, please note that this is one ticket per person, not one ticket per vehicle, whilst children up to 14 years old are free of charge, other persons in your vehicle will need their own ticket. Additionally, it’s also important to note that ticket prices will increase at the end of March 2020 and will no longer include extras such as the T shirt and food vouchers.
